Colby Dailey has worked for over a decade spearheading local, national, and global initiatives while cultivating and guiding cross-sector collaborations for collective measurable impact. Prior to joining the Network, Colby was a policy director at Pacific Community Ventures, where she focused on key issues related to impact investing. There, she led a number of large-scale policy initiatives including the Global Learning Exchange, a partnership with the UK Cabinet Office and World Economic Forum that convenes policymakers, investors and practitioners around impact investing best practices. Before working with PCV, she was a program director at Capital Impact Partners, a national community development financial institution (CDFI), where she helped to lead a national initiative from planning to successful launch and implementation. She also served as a program officer to a global corporate foundation.
She has co-authored a number of publications related to scaling social innovation, and has presented at conferences around the country and in the UK on community development and social impact. Colby sits on the Board of the Northern California Community Loan Fund, a San Francisco-based CDFI, and serves as a Sustaining Board Member to the Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children in Los Angeles. She earned her Master of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and lives in San Francisco with her family.
