Beckah believes that our differences lead to advantages, operates through a strengths-based and inclusive approach, processes multiple scenarios and resources simultaneously, innovates existing resources, and insists upon efficiency. As a woman of color, adopted into her white Dutch family, she credits her style, talent, and values to both nature and nurture.
Beckah enjoys working with organizations ready for change. Her nationwide client base includes public health, affordable housing, behavioral health, youth, community-based, and arts organizations. She knows credentials might matter, so Beckah’s achievements include: an MPA and BA in sociology and communication; certifications in DEI Facilitation, Strengths-Based Coaching through Gallup, and Group Facilitation thru TOT.
When not working, you’ll find Beckah hosting friends & neighbors for happy hour, indulging in family time, responding to everything her Keeshond wants, or obsessing over yard projects while listening to long-form podcast series.
